We shall dispatch goods within 6 days unless otherwise notified by us.  Each item and product is individually handmade by an artisan, not by machine and there will therefore be the odd imperfection.  We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you should wish to make a 

Return 

you must pack it up again as delivered and pay for the postage/courier and send it - to be signed for. We shall obviously expect it to be returned in the same state as it left us.                 This does not affect your statutory rights.
